Terms & Conditions

All prior reservations must be secured by a non-refundable deposit, preferably by debit/credit card.

In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the reservation, all reasonable steps will be taken to re-let the accommodation reserved. If the accommodation cannot be re-let, the cost of the accommodation, less the cost of any expenses not supplied, ie food, light, heating etc will be chargeable to the guest.

Should you require insurance to protect yourself against the risk of cancellation, please speak to us and we will gladly supply you with details.

We accept Switch and all major credit cards, as well as cash and cheques supported by a valid guarantee card. A 3% payment surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.
